We made our first move into the Middle East in 2008 when we began operating at Abu Dhabi International Airport (now Zayed International Airport) in the UAE, starting our concession contract agreement with the Airport Authority. Our relationship with ADA has grown over the years, building on both our strengths to provide customers with high-quality food and great customer service.
Our units feature the best of local and international F&B brands, including Abu Dhabi's first Butlers, Patamar Indo-Asia Kitchen, authentic Dubai street food concept ‘Operation Falafel’, chicken specialists Texas Chicken, and much loved Burger King. We take pride in using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients in our menus. We work closely with our client ADA to ensure that we provide the best possible experience for our customers.
Food Park is our food court at Zayed International Airport located on Level 5, Airside. With 700 seats, we can welcome a large number of passengers in our food-focused area.

Our teams at Food Park are always aiming to meet the highest standards of customer service.
The seating area is spacious, comfortable, and aesthetic, making Food Park an ideal place to relax and unwind, with plenty of natural light and greenery to create a calming atmosphere. Charging ports are available at the tables.
Butlers Chocolate Café is a coffee concept which was crafted in close coordination with Zayed International Airport to ensure it matched the needs of the passengers passing through the airport. Our Butlers Chocolate café unit at Abu Dhabi Airport is the only one in the world that is also a bar, where customers can enjoy a drink from our cocktail menu before their flight.
A brilliant range of barista brewed coffees, fantastic teas from around the world are supporting acts to the award-winning hot chocolate offer. And being Butlers, every drink includes a beautiful Butlers hand-crafted chocolate. This brilliant outlet merges the lines between retail and F&B, innovatively allowing customers to buy chocolates as gift items for friends and family, all served by our friendly, knowledgeable team.
Patamar is an Indo Asian Kitchen which offers a wide variety of Indian subcontinent cuisines and Southeast Asian cuisines. The restaurant serves affordable classic Indian dishes such as curries, tandoori chicken and naan bread, as well as a variety of Asian dishes such as Filipino breakfast silog, sushi and ramen. We also offer a selection of vegetarian and plant-based dishes.
The restaurant serves a range of beverages such as bubble tea, taho and Indian beverages like masala chai and lassi. The cozy ambiance, bright lights and smell of freshly cooked food makes it perfect for passengers to enjoy a meal with family and friends before their flight.
Texas Chicken offers a perfect mix of authentic traditional food and bold tastes. At Texas Chicken, the motto is to be real but not boring, simple but not basic, familiar but always surprising.
Texas offers a variety of sandwiches and wraps, including the famous Tex Supreme, Mexicana sandwich and Crunchy Jalapeno sandwich, as well as unique wraps with bold flavors and chicken meals.
All our meals are made with fresh, high-quality ingredients and are affordably priced. A variety of sides are also available in Texas, such as coleslaw, jalapeno bombers, Tex Mex fries and Honey-butter biscuits, making for a delightful lunch or snack.
